Allowing another person to access or use your otp77 account is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing login credentials with family members, friends, or third-party betting syndicates. Any winnings or losses incurred while another person is using your account remain your sole responsibility, and otp77 will not reverse transactions or refund losses resulting from account sharing.
otp77 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallet providers (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from an account not registered in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be reversed. Repeated attempts to deposit from third-party accounts may result in account termination.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). The maximum deposit amount varies by payment method and may be subject to daily or monthly limits as determined by your bank or e-wallet provider. otp77 reserves the right to impose additional deposit limits on individual accounts based on risk assessment and regulatory requirements.
Most deposits are credited to your otp77 account instantly upon confirmation from your bank or e-wallet provider. In rare cases, deposits may be delayed due to banking system maintenance or technical issues. If your deposit has not been credited within 15 minutes, contact otp77 customer support with your transaction reference number for assistance.
You may request a withdrawal at any time, provided your account has been fully verified through the KYC process. Withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or e-wallet from which you made your most recent deposit, as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures. To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time (1x rollover requirement) before the funds can be withdrawn. For example, if you deposit Rp 500,000, you must place bets totaling at least Rp 500,000 before requesting a withdrawal. This requirement applies to both cash deposits and bonus funds.
All bets placed on otp77 are subject to acceptance by the Company. otp77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our sole discretion, particularly in cases where we suspect fraudulent activity, technical error, or violation of these Terms. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet receipt is issued, the bet is considered final and cannot be cancelled or altered by the User.
Sports bets are settled based on the official result announced by the governing body of the relevant competition (e.g., FIFA for World Cup matches, the Indonesian FA for BRI Liga 1 fixtures). Casino game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) and are final. Togel (lottery) draws are settled according to the official results published by the respective lottery authorities (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, etc.).
If an obvious error occurs in odds display, bet settlement, or game result due to technical malfunction, human error, or data feed failure, otp77 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes. Examples of obvious errors include:

The maximum payout per single bet is Rp 500,000,000 (five hundred million Indonesian Rupiah), regardless of the odds or stake amount. Accumulator bets (mix parlay) are subject to a maximum payout of Rp 1,000,000,000 per bet slip. Any winnings exceeding these limits will be capped at the maximum payout amount.
Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to frequent odds fluctuations and may be temporarily suspended during critical match events (goals, red cards, penalties, etc.). Bets placed during suspension periods may be rejected. Due to the inherent delay in live data feeds, otp77 cannot guarantee that all live bets will be accepted at the requested odds.
All bonuses and promotions offered by otp77 are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published on the promotion page at the time the offer is made. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to new and existing players who meet the eligibility criteria. Only one bonus per User, per household, per IP address, and per payment method is permitted. Abuse of promotions through multiple accounts or coordinated play will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account closure.
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also known as rollover or playthrough requirements) before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard wagering requirement is 25x (twenty-five times) the bonus amount. While we make every effort to ensure data accuracy, otp77 is not responsible for errors, delays, or omissions in third-party data. If a bet is settled incorrectly due to a third-party data error, otp77 will correct the settlement once the error is identified, but we are not liable for any consequential losses.
otp77 shall not be held liable for failure to perform any obligation under these Terms if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, earthquakes, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
In no event shall otp77's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to your use of the Platform exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account in the 90 days preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

Gambling by minors is illegal under Indonesian law and is a serious criminal offense. otp77 employs age verification measures during account registration and reserves the right to request additional proof of age at any time. Any User found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed, and all funds and winnings will be forfeited.

You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time through the account settings page. Once a deposit limit is set, it cannot be increased for 7 days (cooling-off period). Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately. Accounts that remain inactive for 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. otp77 reserves the right to charge a monthly inactivity fee of Rp 50,000 on dormant accounts until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated. You will receive email notification 30 days before the inactivity fee is applied.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which otp77 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
If you have a complaint or dispute with otp77, you must first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting our customer support team. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication. If the matter cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the complaint to our management team by emailing the contact address provided in Section 12. We aim to respond to all escalated complaints within 5 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaint process, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body. The arbitration will be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision will be final and binding on both parties.
